Our Story and Mission

My name is Jerod Weaver, and I have been working in the welding industry for over 10 years now. I am a 3rd generation welder and fabricator born here in Sedalia, MO. I started out taking welding classes in high school, including going to vocational technical school my senior year as well as the year thereafter. Immediately following graduation from Hart Career Center in Mexico, MO I traveled to North Dakota for my first welder helper job working in the oil and gas pipeline industry. I spent a little over 3 years as welder helper until I broke out welding. I then continued to weld for another 6 years in the pipeline industry before my wife gave birth to our first child. I was in New Mexico when I made the decision to stop traveling for a while to be home with my family. From there I went on to work a few different welding positions in San Antonio, TX. I worked a shutdown at a concrete plant, spent some time doing welding repairs and custom fabrication on heavy equipment at a metal recycling center, Following the scrap yard, I went on to weld in the industrial HVAC trade for a little over a year, now my family and I have moved back to Sedalia where I am hoping to continue to pursue my dreams as I serve my community. This trade has brought me to work in a large majority of all the states in the central US, North to South, from North Dakota to Texas. It has given me a family and the ability to provide for them. This is more than “just a job” to me, this is a passion I have been chasing for a large majority of my adult life, and I wouldn’t change any of it.

My mission is to provide Sedalia and surrounding areas with someone that they can trust to get the job done properly and efficiently the first time around. While also representing a biblically based business structure and image, all to the glory of God. I would be nothing without our Heavenly Father and if he isn’t at the fore front of what we are doing then in my opinion, it’s not worth doing.
